I suppose ... yes, well, I am disposed to write favorably about the novel, Christmasville, since I'm the author. Christmasville is indeed "a tale for all ages, a story for all seasons", which happens to be one of the blurbs that I use to market my literary effort. But the truth is - it is appealing to many age groups. Young adults may find an affinity with Mary Jane, the resourceful and rather funny heroine of the tale. (A number of women have already expressed very favorable opinions regarding the charactter of Mary Jane as a roll model, etc.) Older folk may appreciate the nostalgic elements of the novel, summoning images from Christmas's past.
At any rate, perhaps you'll read my novel some day - as well as the companion novel, Finding Christmasville, which will be published in 2008.
